It's hard to believe that it's been almost 20 years since Trevor Walker started what is now one of the most productive breeding programs today. It looks like those 20 years of hard work is paying off. Trevor, a Canadian born cowboy and a 1994 PBR Finals contestant himself, has seen all sides of the bucking bull business. The foundation of the Walker Bucking Stock Breeding program started with some of the best bloodlines that Canada had to offer. From there, we have continured to breed our own success back into the program. There's no denying that everyone in the bucking bull industry has a goal to create the best and then breed your own bloodlines back in. We feel we have done that successfully. Bulls from our program can be traced back to numerous PBR Finals. In 2006, 8 bulls from our program made their way to Las Vegas for the Finals. Our program is not based solely on ability, but longevity as well. Bulls like #099 Smiley and #096 Evile Forces have both been to the PBR Finals 4 times and they are sill going strong. In 2004, Walker Bucking Stock Breeders were named ABBI Breeder of the Year. And honor not taken lightly. In 2007, the same program produced the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th place point earning ABBI Futurity Bulls. Trevor is only interested in offering through this sale, what he considers, to be the best of his weanling, yearling, 2 and 3 year old bulls. Therefore, he is still combing through the herd looking for the top bulls in each age group.
