HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS AN ABSENTEE BUYER
We prefer for each of you to be in attendance on sale day. Realistically, we know there will be some scheduling conflicts and distance limitations. In these cases, we have arranged for you to be able to participate in the sale on an absentee basis.
If possible, you can come by and evaluate the animals prior to sale day. If distance is a problem, we can also provide you with a DVD of all the cattle for home viewing if our client has made a preview to view. All of the lots in the sale will be available for viewing online prior to sale day at superiorclicktobid.com as well.
Customers tell us that the video does a good job of showing confirmation, structural correctness, and how the cattle travel, etc. Our sale book, with complete data on each animal, is very helpful. Please feel free to call us with questions.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Please call Superior Productions at 800-431-4452 or click here to download the buyer’s registration form. A buyer’s registration form needs to be filled out and returned to Superior Productions with a signature. Upon receipt of this information Superior will call you with a buyer’s number and the bid line number that you will use on sale day to place bids over the phone.
The sale will be broadcast via satellite on RFD-TV - Dish Network channel 231 and DirecTV channel 345. Also, Superior Productions now offers the convenience of participating on sale day by following and bidding in the auction on the internet at superiorclicktobid.com.
With SuperiorClickToBid.com, you can participate in an online auction in just three easy steps:
Membership is free. Once you become a site member, you will be given a username and password. This will allow you to sign up for the auctions that you want to participate in.
Step Two: Register for an auction
Once you have your username and password, simply find an auction you’re interested in, and click on the “register” button. Your registration request will be sent to Superior, and once approved, you will be notified that you can now bid live for that auction.
Step Three: Bid with confidence!
On sale day, simply login, browse to the auction that you desire to participate in, and click the “Bid Live” button.
Simply follow along with the auction, and when the price that you want to bid appears, click on the bid button. You will be told if you are the current high bidder, and if you won the lot.
Your computer must have Flash Media Player installed to view the auction.
Bidders who are successful in making purchases via satellite or internet will be contacted by the ranch after the sale to settle payment and shipping arrangements.
